Brandy's relationship with music executive Ryan Press came full circle when he proposed to her in Las Vegas on Dec. 27. The duo had originally revealed they were a couple in Vegas on New Year's Eve in 2011, so it seems fitting that Press popped the question in the same city nearly a year later.
