The singer took to Twitter to announce that she's found a new hair color, but her fans will have to wait to find out what it is. "You know what's great about having poison oak?! NOTHING #itchgasm Somehow in the middle of all this... I found time to change my hair color," she wrote. "Finally... #takeaguess #foreverawalkingpantonepalette."

Despite not sharing too much about her hair color, she did offer up this tidbit of a tease about her current look: "Pretty stoked about my 90's The Craft meets Garbage meets Tank Girl meets early No Doubt meets Ty from Clueless lewk 4 dis wknd #ohmygoth."

Perry had famously been sporting berry-blue hair since January, changing the hue and length but maintaining indigo as the base, strutting her blue self all over carpets, hitting up events and wearing it in an ad campaign for Adidas.

"Of course, being Katy, she is a lot more edgy and she's cooler and she likes to take a lot of risks. And I love that she's like, 'I'm feeling a little blue, let's go blue' — not in her energy, just in her hair color," Perry's hair colorist, Rita Hazan, explained to MTV News. "I felt like it's the perfect color for her, because her eyes are blue and she has the perfect skin tone to be a really vibrant, really cool, intense blue."

Now, it seems that Perry has once again changed up her look — and Hazan said that's just Katy being Katy. "She's kind of this candy-coated sort of person," Hazan said. "It's nice to see her experiment with different things."

Fans might have to wait to see what Perry's latest look is, but to tide you over, MTV News has rounded up some of Perry's wildest, most memorable hairstyles — so far.

Pele said Wednesday that young Brazilian striker Neymar is better than the Argentina forward, and reiterated once again that he doesn't think Messi belongs in the conversation about who is the best player ever.

That debate has long centered around Pele and Diego Maradona, but many have started including Messi after a series of outstanding performances with Barcelona.

Pele, however, said at an event celebrating the centennial of Neymar's club Santos that "there's always this Maradona comparison, saying that he's better than Pele. Now some are saying that Messi is better than Pele. Well, he has to be better than Neymar first, which he isn't yet. He has more experience."

The 20-year-old Neymar is seen as Brazil's greatest player at the moment.

A memoir of a Borderline Personality.

I?m sure it is obvious to my regular readers why I would chose to read this book.

Girl in need of a Tourniquet is the personal memoirs of Merri Lisa Johnson, or Lisa as she refers to herself within the pages, and how she came to discover and live with having Borderline Personality Disorder.

It?s funny how getting a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder leads to an intense heavy duty research fest. Maybe it is something to do with the lack of support following the diagnosis, I don?t really know but I had always suspected I was not alone in running out and buying every book I can find about the condition after my diagnosis and this book contains so much evidence that this is a natural reaction that it is reassuring.

Lisa, starts her story in 1994 when she graduated from college and begins with relating to the emotions that she believes must have been experienced by Lisa ?Left Eye? Lopes during the celebrity?s very public breakdown in which she burnt a house down.

Married at 19, divorced at 20 and then discovering that her sexual?preference?was actually as a lesbian before the ultimate revelation of Borderline Personality Disorder; Lisa takes us on a journey?through?her turbulent mind and life as she struggles to discover who she is, what she wants from life and ultimately to ?recover? from BPD. Juggling relationships, affairs, work and therapy the strength of character that the emotionally unstable borderline somehow manages to hold on to shines through as a roaring example of the high intelligence and functionality that we often hold up whilst masking the inner devastation of a dying soul ? no wonder most people don?t notice we are broken if this is how we show ourselves in public!

So much of what she portrays can be related to your own distorted impressions of life (if you have BPD). Issues of attachment, splitting, emotional dysregulation, self-harm and dissociation are amongst the elements of BPD that Lisa brings to life in full colour.

From the very beginning the memoir is punctuated with quotes from other books about BPD and journals, songs and other interesting sources, a full bibliography of the sources is given at the end of the book ? a great reference list for further reading often amiss in this kind of book. The use of quotations and lyrics was very helpful to me as I often have a habit of relating my feelings and emotions to song lyrics that seem to ?say? what I could not put into words for myself and in this book they seem to do a similar thing ? giving voice to the things that would be difficult to articulate?personally.

Even the layout of the book helps it become a reader friendly experience, plenty of white space, subtly different fonts to separate other thoughts and?interjections?from the main storyline and the use of slash like lines to break up sections within chapters. I found the book to be a quick and easy read with a fast flowing narrative.

The use of celebrity, media and literary portraits help you to identify with the reality of Lisa?s story and understand her thought processes and experiences in a vivid, exciting way.

Even the process of writing the book features as a symptom of her Borderline Personality as Lisa struggles to gain order over the words and make sense of what she is trying to say to us.

I would highly recommend this book to Borderlines and people who love, live with, work with or care for a Borderline in?their?lives, as it really does give a helpful insight into the chaotic workings of our minds.

Instead, an extensive? ?making-of? documentary titled? SHELVED: THE RISE AND FALL OF 11:11 will tell the story of the film?s creation, the issues that the filmmakers had to address and the experiences of the young actors Darian Weiss, Austin Thomas and Myles Jeffrey during the film-making process.

According to a recent study from AHAA (The Association of Hispanic Advertising) of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and retailers, Walmart was one of seven companies named best in class? at driving revenue growth through their leadership in the Hispanic market. This is compelling further evidence that business growth and success will come to those most adept at serving the Hispanic market.

According to CHL, brick and mortar retailers must also acknowledge another important fact: Hispanic online and mobile usage is among the highest of any group and continues to increase faster than the general marketplace. This has led to huge numbers of online buyers; 62% of Hispanic Internet users have made purchases online. As the fastest adopters of new technology, these Hispanic consumers provide myriad opportunities to connect with them online, via mobile devices, and through social media where they can help retailers build their brands and keep them relevant.

Francisco Bethencourt, a Fortune 500 Multicultural Global Executive and expert at leveraging market trends, consumers insights and brand ideals to grow businesses, explains the paradigm shift in retail branding: Hispanics, and consumers in general, increasingly trust more what their friends have to say about a brand they experienced than what a big corporation communicates in advertising. With so much on the line, we must make sure retail marketing and advertising dollars are being well spent. anyone here been a foster parent? can you tell me how it was for you? ups? downs? i am considering it?.how long do you keep a child for?what if you get attached, will they let you adopt? i dont know much about it, but i wanted to ask someone who has been a foster parent. thanks

It?s hard! I know that is ?obvious? but it is really indescribably hard and can be heartbreaking.

I didn?t feel very much heartbreak at all but it was hard. I adopted my two daughters from the foster care system a few years ago. When I started the process I got what is called a dual license which is when you foster-to-adopt. This means that you are going into foster parenting with the intent to adopt one of your foster children at some point.

I only had two placements before my daughters. One was an infant and she was only in my home for a week while her mom got a new place and some of her business taken care of. The other was for longer but not long on the grand scale of things, but it did hurt when it didn?t work out for me. Luckily in this case the birth parents got their stuff together and everything worked out best for everyone especially the child. But that doesn?t mean it still didn?t hurt.

However I do know other families who were able to adopt the very first placement they got (mostly because they were VERY selective as to who they excepted). And I know other foster parents who have went through the heartache of having their foster children returned to a broken and yes even harmful home after being with them for a year or more.

I can only tell you personal experience because not only is every individual case different but each state or county even is very different in the way they handle things. What I can tell you is I know it was worth it for me and my girls and I think it would be worth it to you to give foster parenting a try. It is a long process so you owe it to yourself to at least contact you local DHS office and go through the classes. Then you can decide if it is RIGHT for you at this point in your life, or in your future, or not.
