Industry Veteran Brings More Than 30 Years Experience

Phoenix-based CCG Catalyst, a bank consulting firm providing strategic direction for financial institutions, has named Brian Hagan as practice group manager and senior consultant.

In this position, Hagan provides banks strategic counsel to help improve their business operations and attain business, revenue and product initiatives. He joins CCG Catalyst with more than 30 years of experience advising financial organizations how to transform business strategies and maximize their profitability.

Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Hagan served for the past 18 years in various leadership roles with Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv and most recently as senior vice president of finance for the Cleartouch and Premier Product groups. In his role with Fiserv, he was the principal business liaison for all client contracts and brings a wealth of experience in product selection, vendor selection, contract negotiation, vendor management, process redesign and profit improvement to his role at CCG Catalyst.
